Shipping Policy

At Spraywell, we guarantee that all orders placed by 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) will ship the same day. If not, the shipping is on us.*

*Excludes LTL Freight, out-of-stock, and non-stock items. Spraywell is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers once an order has left our facility.

Orders containing "Special Order" and/or "More on the Way" items will ship complete once all items are in stock.

Free Shipping

Orders over $150 (excluding taxes and fees) shipped via parcel service within the contiguous 48 United States qualify for free shipping at checkout.* Orders placed with free shipping must be returned in compliance with the Spraywell Return Policy.

*Excludes orders shipped via LTL Freight.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to additional fees, including duties and taxes, payable by the customer. Shipping fees vary by destination, and all international shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures.

Damaged Shipments

Merchandise does not leave our facility in damaged condition. It is the responsibility of the freight carrier or parcel service to deliver merchandise in good condition. Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment in the presence of the carrier, and do not accept delivery of any merchandise that arrives damaged.

Route Shipping Insurance

Route is an optional layer of protection added to your order, insuring replacement for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you deselect this option, Spraywell is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
